Headed up by Max Linder, Pulse has been born out of a vision to propel the flexible property market to meet the needs of changing working environments. With a background in Charted Accounting, Max spent many years of his career structuring real estate investments to institutional funds at PwC. This was followed by several years spent as principal for both real estate development and operational businesses which tapped into his entrepreneurial spirit and formed the path to the beginnings of Pulse. As Managing Director, Max oversees all operations and is dedicated to growing our landlord network.
Natalie Hughes is Pulse’s Senior Operations Manager. Shifting from the world of hospitality and events to flexible workspace, she’s worked with notable names in the market. Natalie joined Pulse from The Office Group, where she took great pride in offering a high-quality service for members, drove a high-performance culture within her team and always placed a strong emphasis on exceptional client experience. At Pulse, Natalie’s responsible for the day-to-day running of our spaces, managing client relationships and creating enjoyable working environments, tailored to the differing needs of every tenant.
Kieran Christie, Head of Broker and Agent Development, has an extensive background within the flexible office market. Having started his career with one of the pioneers of serviced offices, MWB, he has since worked for several prestigious names such as Breather, Halkin and I2, and now has more than 10 years of experience working on both operator and broker sides. Kieran now looks to grow our tenant and agent network whilst helping to further cement Pulses name within the market. The team’s combination of experience allows Pulses offering to be unique to the market whilst enabling us to provide unparalleled service and industry expertise to both our tenant and landlord clients.
We also provide the opportunity for landlords to easily pivot into the flexible workspace market. Drawing upon our knowledge and understanding of the market, we then find quality tenants to suit those leases. For tenants, we offer the unique opportunity to personalise office space whilst on short-term and flexible leases. A wide range of managed service options can be added on too – from technology support to furniture services and dedicated relationship managers. Everything’s under one roof.
